First, class products no problems in the many cartridges I have used for this brother business printer. 123 Ink has allowed me to keep this old brother printer/fax business machine working beyond its life span. Price is right and not a single error using the low cost ink product. These cartridges are the same quality as originals plus no difference in out-put for colour or black & white. In different printers, we have tested 123 ink cartridges and each time the cartridges passed with shinning colours. Backed up with fast service and a high quality product. Ces cartouches peuvent se mettre en place comme il se doit, cependant le bec adaptateur ne s'encre pas aussi bien que l'original. On est pas sûr qu'elle est bien encrée en place, contrairement à l'original. Également, il faut être prudent lors de la manipulation car l'encre peut facilement s'en écouler. Autrement ça fonctionne. Mais je crois qu'il serait préférable d'en reviser la conception pour se rapprocher davantage de l'original.

Overpaid for product and even as a long term customer they would not adjust the price to the price I normally have paid for two three packs and instead charged me for 6 one packs at double the price. The product is fine but when you regularly purchase a product, they should give you the better price!!
