having issues. printer tells me to replace it. do not get message that printed directions referred to. removed and loaded old cartridge which worked fine. will retry new one again soon. hope it will work as well as previous cartridges.

N'est pas compatible avec mon imprimante alors que dans la description, c'est censé l'être. La cartouche est plus grosse que l'espace approprié. Imprimante HP Office Jet 5610.

I ordered 2 of these cartridges and both failed immediately to be recognized by printer. Followed instructions exactly and after multiple attempts it was accepted but both cartridges would not print as if they were clogged. Tried cleaning several times till ink cartridges shown a big drop in ink and still no success. Returned for a refund.
