At first I thought it was the wrong size but I had mistaken the cartridge holder in the printer for the cartridge, itself. I called the help line and the lady was as nice as could be and asked me to send a picture. In taking the picture, I realized my mistake and put the cartridge in properly and it works great! I find this company so easy to deal with.

Bonjour, l'encre tache le papier. Je ne peux utiliser les impressions puisqu'elles sont tachées. Je suis très déçue. J'aimerais même échanger la cartouche si possible.
