Worked good for a month, then started leaving a big black line down the middle of the page. Return/exchange process seems good though, so we'll see how the replacement cartridge works.

I need help. Installed the toner cartridge but the printer keeps asking for a replacement for the black one, after initialization and refuses to print out anything. the installation steps are straight forward though: shook the cartridge a few times, removed the protection slip, and inserted into the designated slot. thanks,

This is the second Cartridge that the blue is leaking out toner. I received a replacement a few weeks ago and this one is worst then the one you replaced. I can appreciate they cost less than HP originals, but 2 cartridges in a row leaking is lessening my confidence in this product. Is it possible to replace it once again?? See attached photo.

I have been buying from the company for a couple of years. Had been satisfied till the last batch came. The product has leaked and is leaving streaks and has is causing toner to leak in my printer. I will have to have it serviced to clean the components. Not a happy camper this time.

Bonjour, Je suis heureux que vous preniez le temps de vérifier ma satisfaction au sujet des cartouches. Je dois vous dire que j'ai des problèmes avec les cartouches que vous m'avez expédier. La poudre s'échappe de celles-ci et mon imprimante est très sale. Toutes les feuilles sortent de l'imprimante avec de grande coulisse rouge. Je suis déçu de ces cartouches. Jean-François Racine.
