The ink cartridges by Moustache are equal or better sometimes than the OEM ones, whether the black ink or the color ing. I have been using them for the last 2 or 3 years, and I never have had a issue with them. I relace the cartridge by a new one and immediately my old HP printer detects it.

As a follow-up to my review 18 days ago, I contacted 123InkCartridges customer service directly about my problem. I used LiveChat as I was unable to get anyone to answer the telephone, but the service was fast and efficient. I had already tried many of the suggested troubleshooting tips that were offered, except for cleaning the cartridge contacts with alcohol. HP’s consumer support website recommended cleaning only with water (distilled, bottled or filtered). I used isopropyl alcohol and a Q-tip, and a few seconds later my printer worked perfectly. Sometimes it may give the error message that the cartridges are not installed properly, but that can be ignored and the printer will print anyway. Zanaira, thanks for the great service. We could not get one of the cartridges to print follow the instructions and using the eraser, etc., etc. will not recognize the cartridge. The other one was fine no problem. Previous cartridges always worked as well.

Moustache cartidges don't work in either of my two HP inkjet printers any more. I will not be buying them again. As the printers are old, genuine HP cartridges are far too expensive so I am throwing out the printers and will buy a non-HP inkjet printer

Great price and fast delivery

Price is good and it worked fine in my printer. I did have one cartridge earlier that went dry very quickly but this one was well sealed and is having no problems.
