Yes, I recently purchased one HP74XL CB336WN and one HP75XL CB338WN from Ink Cartridges.ca . Last week I installed them in my HP Photosmart C4480 All-in-One printer, but have not been able to print anything. My printer only gives me the error message “incompatible cartridge”. So I searched the internet looking for help and found that this can be a problem with HP Photosmart printers. I followed their advice to reinstall the cartridges then try again several times, to clean the contacts, to reset the printer, to unplug it from the wall for 30 seconds, etc. etc. but have had no success. I also looked for an exterior reset button but there isn’t one. I have retried these troubleshooting ideas almost daily for the last week but still have had no success. A computer printer is considered a staple machine in our office. Different documents are printed on the machine day in and day out. I myself probably consume a lot of ink with just my share of printouts. Last week, my boss told us to cut back on our printing expense so I had to find a different cartridge that can also provide high quality prints but at a rate that is much lower than what we normally paid. I found the HP 75XL Remanufactured Color Ink Cartridge High Yield (CB338WN) to be a great alternative. It costs less and delivers more printouts than the former cartridges that we used.
