        Product was not as specified but was acceptable. Ordering process through the website was virtually impossible so I wound up calling on the telephone to place the order.

          I ORDERED INK CARTRIDGES AND RECEIVED SOME KIND OF FAX CARTRIDGES IN ITS PLACE. I PHONED AND IT WAS ANOTHER WEEK BEFORE I RECEIVED MY INK. I STILL HAVE THE FAX CARTRIDGES WAITING FOR a shipping label from you.

            Not sure why, but these cartridges give us trouble. Our machine constantly tells tells us that we are low on ink, so we have to fool the machine into working. Not sure we would purchase again.
