I am writing to say I appreciated the express delivery of the DELL 310-9319 New Compatible Black Toner Cartridge I purchased from your company. The yield of 2000 pages of this unbelievable product is simply incredible. This product has enabled me to cut down on the cost of printing and I have to also mention am really happy with the print quality of this toner cartridge and even more with the low price you sell it for . My brother in law will soon be placing his order too for his new office. Please do continue giving us these good services.

The cartridge fits in the printer and the toner gives a similar darkness to OEM toner. However, the cartridge is not fully compatible with the Dell 1125 MFP; while the chip is valid and the toner works, the physical design of the cartridge is incompatible. Due to the position of the chip underneath the cartridge, it does not make proper contact with the printer and will be rejected. I had to unscrew the chip from the cartridge and tape it directly to the correct spot inside the printer in order to use this cartridge. Furthermore, the top of the cartridge is not shaped correctly to allow the arm of the printer drum to latch into it, preventing proper seating. I had to permanently alter the shape of the drum arm to allow the cartridge to sit properly. This was not a problem when I purchased this item years ago, but I imagine the supplier has since changed. Unfortunately this may be your only option for a decent cartridge since the Dell 1125 is so old, but be warned that you will need to make physical changes to get it working properly.

Has worked well with a Dell MFP 1125 since I received it, and the printing quality is not noticeably different from the original cartridge.

Received this today, it did not match the image which would have been fine if it actually worked. The cartridge I received did not fit in the printer drum for my MFP1125 printer. There is supposed to be a space on top for the drum arms to go in to keep it in place but this cartridge instead bulges out, making it impossible to lower the arms or place it in the printer. So to sum up, it can slide into the drum, but it cannot lock in so it is completely useless.
