I had recently placed an order for the Dell KU055M new compatible magenta toner cartridge. I got a pleasant surprise when the cartridge was delivered three days after the day I had placed the order. Considering the bad experiences I have had with shipments before this was truly a pleasant surprise. The cartridge was of top quality. The prints that its making are really clean and the pictures very beautiful. My clients are truly happy which also makes me happy. Ink smudges and blurred lines on prints is now a thing of the past. I will definitely be recommending this to my friends and family. Thank you so much!

I preferred shopping at the local stores because I was sure that I could trust them. I had seen DELL KU054Y New Compatible Yellow Toner Cartridge on the internet and I wanted to buy it but the local stores did not have it. I looked for a good site to order from and I found yours. I will never regret the choice I made because you delivered what I have desired for months. The delivery was made yesterday and the device is in use right now. The price which you offered was very convenient to me and I am very delighted. I will be using you for my orders now. Thank you for your faithfulness.

I had hope that the moustache brand better than other generic ones but it's not the case. Good thing I ordered only the black toner that arrived today. I opened the box to examine the body of the toner, noticed multiple human hair (yes, thick black human hair) glued to the unit and the chip was not glued all the way down (see attached photo). I placed the original toner and this one side by side, sure enough, the chip on the Dell toner sat flatly as it should. I removed the human hair as best as I could then tried putting the toner in anyway. The unit seemed to be a tad bigger than the original, making it difficult to close the printer door. I finally managed to close to the door, the black toner sign and the door sign were both blinking indicating the printer didn't recognize the toner and the p;rinter door could not close properly. I reinserted the old toner, closed the door, the door error disappeared. This toner is very poorly made and definitely not compatible with my Dell 1320c printer. I definitely need a refund.

Product arrived and the yellow cartridge which was a priority and was defective. I contacted 123 ink and we went through trouble shooting to confirm. They did send a replacement, but it too was defective. During the trouble shooting, discovered another cartridge was defective. All we got was sorry here's a refund. Thanks for the refund, but the experience left us not confident to ever order from 123 ink again.
