As with my previous reviews, I’ve had mixed luck with these cartridges. I had 1 defective and also 1 that stopped being recognized by the printer after a few prints. Support sent me a replacement for the defective cartridge and it’s working well.

I’ve had mixed results with these cartridges and my HP Photosmart A616. The first cartridge I bought worked flawlessly, it was just as good as an original HP one. The following cartridges I bought were a mixed bag. Someone worked great, others seemed to be defective and one stopped being recognized by the printer after doing 20 prints.

Haven't used it yet so only gave it the rating so I could comment. Picked up the printer at a second hand store and found Staples wanted more for the cartridge than I paid for the printer. I expect the cartridge will serve the purpose as I've always had good results from your products.
