    Same problem with the duo. Ink leaks out when replacing after removing the protective cover. On my last purchase, although the new cartridge is full and you can hear there is fluid inside, the printer shows "low and needs replacement". Follow your instruction but doesn't work. Hope it won't happen again.

      Incredible service. Cda Post delivered my order within two days. Best of all I enjoyed not having to pay any shipping charges thanks to your special offer. Even your regular shipping charges are about half of what your competitors charge. I have advised all my friends about your company and some have already ordered ink from 123 InkCartridges.
