I rec'd the pkg right on time. This time though the shipping label said ink toner; my pkg was a battery charger. I immediately called; spoke to your representative; she sent me a shipping label to return the mistaken product. It was returned. I cld Friday June 5/20 to see where my ink toner was; I was told that they hadn't received the return package yet; as soon as that happens then they would ship my ink. This was not my error; being a long time customer the ink should have been sent right away.
