    delivery was a problem. we had to go to the couriers depot and pick it up ourselves which was inconvenient!!!

          So far this purchase is a win. For a fraction of the price of a Brother cartridge, I have a prudice that is providing me close to thw same quality print. Now I just wait to see what type of yield it produces. I am thus far very happy with it.
