I received my order on date & time given. Upon opening the Magenta Toner Cartridge I noticed 2 missing parts that the 3 other toner cartriges had. I spoke with a representative & then sent a picture to them including a PO# on the cartridge. Within 24 hours I received a message back saying that a replacement will be shipped ASAP. Just like it's compatibility. Although the colours are a little bit off the original toners but it's still good enough for everyday colour print.
