I wanted to try this product for my printer. Unfortunately my printer will not calibrate, so I'm not able to use them.

The ink cartridges for the colour HP Photosmart printer were read by the printer as incompatible and I did everything I could according to online help and instructions but the printer said there was an ink system failure. It's not the company's fault it's HP for forcing their customers to only buy original HP ink. I've always used your company and still plan to for my other printer. I wonder if you tested this ink cartridge on an actual HP Photosmart printer first to see if they work?

As with all refill ink cartridges, these never last as long as OEM product. SO although they are cheaper, you end up buying more of them. The big problem, though is that sometimes my HP printer will not recognize these cartridges as being genuine and therefore they don't work at all. This happened with the last two cartridges I received. From now on, I will only buy OEM cartridges and not refills.
