The second set I purchased worked fine but the first set was so dry I couldn't keep either of them working, even upon opening them upon receipt of order. I tried soaking them in hot water and removing the sealing cover and blowing the ink down but they wouldn't keep printing, and had to purchase a set from Staples. I advised you on this, and you offered me something on the black cartridge, but haven't received anything in way of replacement or credit. This last set I bought has worked OK. I have been using this product for over two years, always bought from 1 2 3 . The product is excellent in both quality and quantity of ink. The quality is equal to any other new branded product I have used, the quantity of ink exceeds other new, branded, products I have used. Delivery is amazing, two days !.

The order took a very long time to arrive, and the color cartridge dried up after 2 pages. First and last time we’ll order thru Shoppers.

The yellow doesn't come out! :-( Tried 2 cartridges!
