Hi Manny, I really appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and being so open with us. Page yield is the number of pages you can print with one cartridge. The page yield of a cartridge is based upon the ISO standard for measuring ink cartridge yields by printing out pages with 5% page coverage until the cartridge runs empty. I like this product because It is cheap and for the things I use it for like letter's to family & friends or posting recipes in my kitchen, it works great! As a professional product, I am not sure I would use it. The only reason I say that is because the black & white pictures do not come out black, it is more of a really, really, dark grey. I also seem to go through a lot of ink & I am not sure if it's the printer or the ink.
