The produce is very good. The black ink is just as good as the Epson ink and it last just as long. The delivery is always fast ordered on Friday and was here by Thursday of the next week. I have never had any problems with the black ink being recognized by my printer. The warranty is very good if you have any problems they replace them no problem.
