Tried 4 toner cartridges. 2 cartridges leaked. 1 was broken. And 1 did not calibrate. Gave up and asked for a refund. I had to return a cartridge. The returned cartridge sat at their facility. I called on the 4th day and inquired about the refund. Was told they had not processed the return. Finally on the 5th day, I received my refund.....only after I inquired about my refund.

Finally got around to installing this toner and the very first time it was installed and printer calibrated, it had very heavy thick black lines on the paper, with blotches. I opened the printer to check the toner and it exploded all over the place ruining my printer! I had toner all over my feet and hands and floor and inside my printer. I must have inhaled a lot too and I will probably die of cancer soon.

It clearly states on the website Remanufactured HP black toner, which is what I paid for. But instead I was sent was a Moustache toner cartridge.

This black ink cartridge had to be removed from my HP3600n printer. We were getting poor quality printing - After replacing with OEM HP Cartridge, my problems stopped. Sorry that this problem hit us so suddenly! JG

Very dissatisfied. After a couple of weeks the printer was not producing true colours. I took it to a repair shop and was advised to replace the yellow cartridge. I believe this cartridge to be defective and would like to exchange it. I have purchased other toner cartridges in the past and have not had this problem.
