They did not work in my printer

This is the first time I tried "this" product, but not the first "compatible" product I bought. Yellow - plastic shield was brittle and a small piece launched into my printer (insert expletive & tweezers) Cyan - Printer made an awful gear grinding sound. Required manual massaging on the gears to get it to move. BUT! Print quality is actually good. I will probably use something different next time.
