Received product by mail in good order. Fast service. No customer card in Canada Post mail-box, but must be asked at their counter, and info provided. Tried one ink cartridge next day. Need this colour cartridge mainly for black ink documents. Printed well when using my computer with my printer, but when scanned and printed on my printer, it did not scan and print a dark enough black (medium gray instead).

So far, I'm very pleased with the ink cartridge. I did find it just every so slightly deeper than the original cartridge which made it a bit more difficult snapping the retainer into place, but otherwise, it's working as it should.

Similar in quality to the real thing!

I have no complaints. It performs as one would it expect it to. Just thankful that this option is available because brand name ink cartridges are ridiculously expensive. Thanks Shopper + Family!
