Although my printer reminds me that it is no using an original Lexmark ink cartridge the remanufactured cartridge seems to give me more quality copies than the the original. Even though it indicates the cartridge is empty it prints many many more pages until it finally comes out fuzzy and then I replace it. The price and delivery time is remarkable and the on-line ordering is simple. My daughter is a university student and I purchase numerous remanufactured cartridges for her for less than half the price of the originals and that is a big savings. She has no problem with the quality and believe me she prints a lot of documents. Way to go 123, at least someone isn't gouging the public like the gas companies.

Of the black cartridges I purchased 2 had no ink in them in at all. I realize that these were not brand name and were re-filled cartridges. They were a good price, but since 2 were empty, the overall price for the usable ones was not a good purchase. The overall service of your company was good. Great communication and fast delivery, but the product itself was not satisfactory and I would not take the chance of ordering these cartridges again based on the fact that 2 were empty.
