    THE CARTRIDGES ARRIVED IN DEFECTIVE CONDITION. oNLY THE COLOR RED PRINTED. tHIS WAS A GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT SINCE THESE WERE REPLACEMENT CARTRIDGES FOR ANOTHER SET THAT PROVED TO BE DEFECTIVE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS. WERE POLITE AND HELPFUL BUT THESE CARTRIDGES PROVED TO BE AN INCONVENIENCE AND THERE WAS A COST RELATED TO SHIPPING THEM BACK. WOULD HAVE BEEN CHEAPER TO BUY OEM CARTRIDGES.
