This product is garbage literally as in I had to toss it in there. The product instructions were so badly interpreted in English that they were nonsensical. There wasn't even any obvious means of getting the ink to stay in the cartridge since there was nothing supplied that could conceivably plug the hole once filling was complete. That's if you could figure out how to fill it in the first place! There is no product specialist that can help you if you call them, only order takers eager to sell more junk! I'll never buy from this outfit again!

Fisrt time buying this item and I just love it. It has a complete kit to refill your cartridge. HIGHLY RECOMENDED. I miissplaced the threaded screw in item to press the ink to the top to be sucked into the syringe but all I had to do was push it with any item with a flat end. like a regular dinner knife etc. NO WASTED INK. Save money -- do it yourself.
