Every order I received was fine except for one time when the black cartridge didnt work for some reason. I tried to get a replacement for it but every time I tried, someone there would tell me to try this or try that and I would with no results. If I had no problems before, then why should I have a problem now. It was always , must be the printer. No, it couldnt be the cartridge. I got so fed up that I went out and bought another one and it worked fine. I now buy my printing needs somewhere else so please take me off your mailing list. Thank you.

Although my printer reminds me that it is no using an original Lexmark ink cartridge the remanufactured cartridge seems to give me more quality copies than the the original. Even though it indicates the cartridge is empty it prints many many more pages until it finally comes out fuzzy and then I replace it. The price and delivery time is remarkable and the on-line ordering is simple. My daughter is a university student and I purchase numerous remanufactured cartridges for her for less than half the price of the originals and that is a big savings. She has no problem with the quality and believe me she prints a lot of documents. Way to go 123, at least someone isn't gouging the public like the gas companies.

Cet item fonctionne à la perfection. Cependant le détecteur d'encre pour ce produit ne fonctionne pas. Il ne le reconnait pas. Donc je ne peux savoir ou est rendu le niveau d'encre restant. Merci Aurevoir. mcl2009
