        mon imprimante me dit toujours que la cartouche est vide mais ce n'est pas le cas

          Bonjour Clement, nous sommes réellement navrés de l'inconvénient. Des fois, les imprimantes vont reconnaître que les cartouches installées sont compatibles et vont alors décider d'afficher un mauvais niveau d'encre, mais la cartouche devrais quand même être capable de continuer à imprimer tout son contenu. Si vous n'êtes pas capable d'imprimer, svp contacter notre service à la clientèle pour des étapes de dépannage ou un remplacement; la cartouche a une garantie de 2 ans.
