having serious issues getting the printer to recognize the cartridge properly. Although it shows a full cartridge it doesn't print properly when one of these new cartridges is installed. It takes at least 6 - 8 cleaning processes to get them to run correctly, which blows out about 25% of the ink. Still a savings over Epson cartridges however a real pain in the but!

I have ordered this value pack a couple of times for my Epson Artisan 837. We do not print often. Recently, the print quality became terrible. Nozzle cleaning did not work. I contacted Epson Support. They recommended nozzle cleaning 3 consecutive times. It worked. Of course, they also recommended using only Epson ink. I am not sure if age of the ink sitting in the printer versus quality of the ink was the issue. I intend to clean the nozzles once every month. We'll see.

123 incartridges.ca is a great place to buy quality ink refills at a decent price. I buy for my canon at home all the time so i decided to buy for my epson at work. ordered these twice. The first time was fine but it seemed to give problems the second time around. Still works but the printer has not read cartridges quite the same or as efficiently since I put in the second set. Not sure why cus the one for my canon works great.
