j'avais acheté les cartouche Moustache en 2013, elle était construit comme dans la video de présentation et elle fonctionnait parfaitement. La construction a changé et la cartouche ne communique pas avec l'imprimante, donc elle indique que la cartouche est presque en permanence. Malheureusement ce n'est plus un bon choix.

We didn't receive the product. Canada Post Tracking # said the products were dropped off in our mailbox, when we checked our mail box nothing was there.

unfortunate as wrong cartridge was sent for my 9325CW printer! wont fit. Tried to get label for it to be sent back to you but NO LUCK SO FAR. They requested a photo of it which I tried to send . No response yet. Will try again.
