Cartridges used on my HP C5580 and just after 3 prints, it stopped working. At first, I thought my printer failed, but after troubleshooting, it looks like it's the cartridges problem.

la cartouche noire ne fonctionne pas.

I just installed the colors one in my HP C4210 but printer keeps say " cartridge missing or not detected", I performed the cleaning contacts as raccomandations and it didn't work. I tried to cancel the message without success, tried to reset printer but code options come up that I can't even understand... I feel so frustrated but I will contact customer support...

Product does not work. Followed the instructions to clean the electronic contacts but printer still has error message to replace the cartridge.
