Order arrived very quickly, the next day. Tried it and the printer gave me an error code of E5. Tried everything from watching youtube videos and reading articles to no avail. Initiated chat support and was helped by Antonia. She gave me some more troubleshooting notes which I tried and didn't work. She sent me another one which I received the next day and it worked!
