Very dissatisfied. It is so light even when I turn it on high. I would like an exchange or refund. I have always ordered this product but now t had this problem

If I could leave a negative review for this website I would. Terrible customer service, would not recommend to my worst enemy. Very unfortunate as pricing actually appears decent but you are only getting garbage quality products

DO NOT BUY...NEW LESSER QUALITY...RE the new Mustache brand: I have been purchasing this for a couple years now. The quality has completely diminished (mustache packaging one this shipment, so it must be a new supplier). The ink does not last as long as it used to and creates dirty lines which are inconsistent from toner to toner so it is not the printer. 3 units on last purcahse: 1st toner did no last as long as usual and quickly printed dirty lines, 2nd printer ink printed really nice the first week and printed a dirty area about 2 inches wide in the middle, 3 ink was jut installed and is extremely faint.
