Not good for our high volume printing

Dear Customer, Thank you for your reviews. You could please contact our 24 hours customer service, we have 1 year warranty for the cartridges. You could please send the pic of the printing out to any error to our e-mail support@123inkcartridges.ca

We used to be very satisfied with the cartridges we purchased (white box) as they lasted for the 2000 copies as advertised. However, the last orders we have received (blue box) do not. The print starts becoming lighter after about 1100 copies and needs to be replaced soon after. It appears that you deliver product from several different sources as the packaging is always different. On one shipment (green boxes) the print was very light from the first copy and we had to return them immediately and wait until a supply arrived with a different cartridge. We were informed by your sales desk that they were aware that particular box did not work on all machines (so why sell them). Although we have ordered from you for several years now, we have discussed that it may be time to move to a new supplier.

Dear customer ,thanks for your kind comments on our toner .For this toner ,normally it can print up to 2100 pages at 5% coverage on A4 paper .For your case ,you could contact our customer service for solutions as we cover one year warranty for it .Thank you !I am sincerely sorry for the inconvenience caused to you .

Although the product is cheap...you get what you pay for. Its touch and go with regards to if they will work or work properly. Some give very large black lines through the page and others are barely legible due to the ink being very light. Overall, satisfied with the price...but not overall quality.
