Opened pack and found 10 were dry requesting replacement. Agent would only settle for a 50%.refund. Same result regarding a Micro SD adapter not working from a previous order explaining i had emailed my concerns shortly after delivery. Her response was i must have used the wrong 123 address (as you have several email address). After much conversation she offered the same 50%.because the 30 day guranty had expired. At this point i surrendered and consented to accept a credit to my Visa. Credit has not been received. rcoyle70@gmail.com
