This was my third purchase from shopper+ of these toner cartridges. I ordered 3 cartridges, and all 3 leak toner. This is the first time I've had this problem, but it is very frustrating and makes me think twice about purchasing this product again.

i had asked when I got it because it did not go into my machine then I let you know that it did finally now my printer wont' work and all it keeps saying is that there is no cartridge in the printer when I remove it and put the old one in although there is no longer any ink in the old one the computer reconinzes that there is a cartridge in it

The first toner I received make a banging racket which the customer rep from Shopper + could hear over the phone so she sent a replacement. The replacement left smudge marks down the right side of each printed page. Suffice to say I was not impressedwith the toner cartridge and it was hard to put into the printer minor differences to the original. The service department was very good though.
