Produit incompatible, et beaucoup de problèmes pour le retourner

I ordered two and it's a good thing I did because the first one wouldn't work. When I called for customer service I was less than satisfied with the help (?) I was given. I am NOT going to soak the cartridge in water for however long and then put it in my printer. And why should I jeopardise my printer because of a bad ink cartridge you sent me. The second cartridge is working just fine but I am very disappointed with the first one and especially with what you call customer service.

Dear Customer, Thank you very much for your review. As the order record, our agent have sent you trouble shooting. Please feel free to have a try , if it doesn't work, please contact our customer service back to get the replacement. We are offering 1 year warranty for those cartridges.

In all honesty I was very disappointed. In fact it is on its way back to you for a credit. The colour was not printing correctly, it was streaky and not true and very washed out. I will not be buying them again and will stick to your original Canon ink from now on. Both colour I ordered were the same.

Supposed to be high yield but ran out quickly. Will not order again.
