I’m not as happy as I was the first time I ordered this set of toner cartridges. This time round the quality is definitely compromised. The RED is not RED. Not too happy.

Powder on the copies could also be the drums

Powder seems to come out of cartridge at the wrong time. Could be the drum are defective

Received wrong toner cartridges which were not fit to my printer even add as model number . Hope it will replace with right one. Never had problem before, always on time good quality.
