This product does the job well. How long they will last will be the test! Unfortunately your company shipped two orders, and staff got the items confused...hence we shipped back some of the wrong order and put the new black ink still in its package out with the recycling. On that score this was a disaster because we don't have a BLACK replacement when we are going to need it. Could you send one to us please. I realize we will have to pay for it. Otherwise we are most please with the printer and your product. I would recommend your service if asked. Sorry to be so long winded.....HAPPY NEW YEAR.......THE REUSE CENTRE, Isabel Cummings
