I ordered two and it's a good thing I did because the first one wouldn't work. When I called for customer service I was less than satisfied with the help (?) I was given. I am NOT going to soak the cartridge in water for however long and then put it in my printer. And why should I jeopardise my printer because of a bad ink cartridge you sent me. The second cartridge is working just fine but I am very disappointed with the first one and especially with what you call customer service.

I purchased two black remanufactured ink cartridges. I won't soon purchase remanufactured again. One of the ink cartridges didn't work at all. the other one yielded few copies. I have always been happy with new products ordered from 123 ink cartridges but not these remanufactured ones. I will go back to ordering new unless I get feedback that will persuade me otherwise.

It is sooooo bad! First, Can't print the colour red -_- Second, it kept saying that print has almost ran out even though I just replaced new ink!! Both of them!! Because of this, the printer doesn't let me print with no ink in it. =.=' I would really like to get a refund for this!!! I swear I did not print more than 20 pages!! Both of them have already officially ran out! So upset!
