Low rating due to very bad quality of the ink. Lines are not clear and ink missing on those lines. I tried so many times to rectify the problems and in the end still no luck at all. I would like a replacement for those 2 cartridges. If you are a reputable retailer, you would stand behind your products and make the customer happy by replacing those faulty or defective products.

Bonjour , la cartouche d'encre noire fonctionne très bien, avec celle en couleur par contre, je me suis taché les doigts juste à sortir la cartouche de son sac et en plus la seule couleur qui en sort est un rose délavé comme si elle était vide...Je pensais que je faisais une bonne affaire en achetant du reconditionné, mais ça va me revenir plus cher, car je vais devoir aller chez bureau en gros pour m'acheter l'original.....

First cartridge received had leaked blue ink, did not work in printer. Second, (replacement) cartridge was not recognized by printer. After cleaning contacts, it was recognized, but ink output was faint, washed out. Money for this cartridge was refunded.

The service and delivery were awesome as usual. However, it appears you have changed suppliers for the color ink. It is now by Data Products and has a different label than the usual ones I get. When I opened the package, blue ink flowed out of the foil bag. The bag was full of ink and the plastic cover was completely blue. I then opened the second package and when I went to take the plastic cover off, purple ink flowed out of the bottom of the cartridge. I am quite disappointed and will be calling for a refund and details on if you want me to send them back. I have not used the black ink yet but it is the same as I usually get from you so don’t anticipate any problems. I have attached a picture. Donna Powell

La cartouche d'encre de couleur était endommagée, l'encre coulait même dans l'emballage. Il n'y avait même pas de pellicule collante protectrice sur les facettes de la cartouche. Quant à la cartouche pour l'encre noire, celle-ci était en bonne condition. De plus le délai de livraison de ma commande n'était pas dans les normes.
