I bought this kind of Extension cable many times and one of the units has a major 'Humming Noises". This new units works for my current project.

I had a 25ft headphone extension cable which was defective on one end.I thought of buying a new stereo jack end to fix my broken cable by soldering the new plug,but for this Low price I purchased the whole cable.Cheaper to replace my broken cable than to fix it.Great product at a great price.
