These cartridges aren't being recognized by my printer any more

I have been using these cartridges for many years with very few problems, but all 4 cartridges I'd purchased over the last year were defective, with missing colours or not working at all. No problem with the genuine HP cartridge I had to get. Unfortunate, as in the past these Moustache cartidges had been good and were great value.

I purchased these colour refurbished cartridges with high hopes as I’ve been using the same black ink cartridges for a while with no issues. Unfortunately, as soon as I started using the Moustache remanufactured cartridge, my printer started « skipping lines » when printing. I followed multiple troubleshooting tips suchs as using my printer’s integrated cartridge head cleaning tool, cleaning the cartridge head with a soft cloth, etc, without success. The only remaining proposed solution that I found online is « only use original cartridges, not refurbished ». So there you have it, trying to save costs and waste will only result in more money spent to buy new HP cartridges and now i’m trowing out these Mustache ones. Don’t waste your money on this.
