I ordered the wrong ones I needed. Apparently I did it twice also and somehow didnt pick up on it 😩

Expected delivery by Canada Post. Instead, Canpar was the transporter and this created problems due to rural location and weather specifics.

The cartridge did not work with my printer but the refund was quick and easy.

the color cartridge works but the ink level indicator stays at the emty level

Just spent 10 minutes reviewing this purchase. Outlined password issues on account. Tried to submit and nothing happened. You definitely have website issues. Please correct. Product is fine but website functionakity needs fixing.

Color cartridge works fine. Black cartridge will not work the printer will not accept new chip that was installed. Fred Finn
