Il y a deux ou trois mois j'ai commandé des cartouches d'encre qui n'étaient pas compatible avec mon imprimantes (HP Photosmart 5515) Je vous ai envoyé un courriel vous demandant s'il était possible de vous les retourner pour un échange mais je n'ai reçu aucune réponse de votre part alors j'ai disposé des cartouches. Les cartouches originales HP que j'utilise porte le numéro (564)

Always superb mail service - I'm always surprised when the product shows up so quickly. Count 1, 2, 3 and it's there! Product is excellent and the printer has no trouble using it. Colours are true and no clogs or any other maintenance issues.

Initially shipped out wrong cartridge. Contacted customer service and they sent the correct one for no charge right away. Good customer service and ink now works, unfortunate that first ship was incorrect but that happens sometimes when sorting 10 000 items.

Very good product. There is only one problem with these cartridge. Please be aware of the manufacture date before purchase the good version. Otherwise, they don't work!
