            Nous essayons d'imprimer en copie mais le ruban semble sec et n'imprime pas du tout. c'est la premiere fois que cela arrive car d'habitude nous n'avons pas ce problème avec vos produit. est-ce possible de nous retourner ce meme produit gratuitement Merci Christine Tanguay 244 Principale Saint-Alban Qc G0A 3B0 .
