way less expensive than those sell in staples or best buy but works the same, even better! Love it!

Not too impressed with the performance - two of the four cartridges started leaking after about 4 months and a 3rd started leaking just after I replaced the two that were leaking. No problem with the service though, I received refunds for the replacements I bought promptly and without hassles. The replacements are working fine so far. I should add that I have been purchasing supplies for several printers from 123 for years and this is the first time that I have had a problem.

All toners with exception of Magenta worked fine except for the problem of red streaks created by the faulty toner.

All toners except the magenta worked fine. The magenta toner is adding red streaks to all printed material and therefore I am not happy with the printing result and may not order this combo again.

Did not work with my printer. The black was always out of alignment with the colours. (Canon 8380) Could use it for black text only. However the colour ones work great and last a reasonably long time. I just have to buy canon toner for black and use these generics for the colours and it saves a ton of money.
