My HP Officejet 8500 didn’t recognize any of the cartridges even though they had chips in them. I wasn’t going to send them back and waste more money on postage. Unfortunately, HP don’t make the ink cartridges or print heads for this model anymore. Purchased an Epson ET-3850……… much happier

I had troubles with two of the cartridges. The printer saw them as empty. They are harder to insert compared to genuine ones.. Don't think they will last longer than the original.

Had to clean and realign 6 times and still got unacceptable printout quality for new cartridges. Plus yellow cartridge that arrived was a totally different brand than the rest received. Not happy at all with print quality.

Ce produit ainsi que le jaune d'une commande précédente ont été installés sur mon imprimante HP mais rapidement, après moins de 10 impressions (i.e. moins de 20 pages), j'ai dû les remplacer par des cartouches HP originales car l'imprimante ne fonctionnait plus. Le message : "Cartouche vide ou puce défectueuse. Elles coûtent moins chères à l'achat mais coûtent très chères à l'usage.

Yellow cartridge failed within two weeks of installing it. Printer says cartridge is damaged or missing. Extremely unimpressed.

Dear Brad, Thank you for your review. For your case, please try to contact our customer to get some trouble shooting to solve the problem. We have 1 year warranty for those cartridges.

Very disappointed with this company and their products. They Sent me cartridges that had less than one year expiry date and now I have 3/4 full cartridges but my printer wont use them because they are expired. I would not recommend using this comanpy or their products as they would not send out new ones or rectify the situation after it was brought to the company's attention.
