J'ai reçu une cartouche en mauvais état... et elle ne fonctionne pas. Ci-joint deux photos. la première vous montre dans quel état était la cartouche noir et l'autre à droite la cartouche originale de HP et celle remanufacturée; remarquer les cartouches ne sont pas pareilles. Il semble que la cartouche jaune fonctionne bien.

Inconsistent quality. Some seem to work like a charm while others trigger the warning of counterfeit cartridges. This can lock the printer and stop it from printing. I have not been able to find a work around other than to change whatever cartridge is at fault. Problem seems to be worse with the newer cartridges. This can result in a lot of wasted ink. In future would not buy an HP unless I was prepared to be ripped off with the full price HP inks.Beware!

I've ordered these cartridges in the past and it was fine but this time around, the colors were quite faded when printing. It prints mostly pink and yellow....

The ink seems to be OK for the price. But the chip does not really works well. The ink level show either empty or unknown and therefore return an error message. The printer return also a message that the cartridges are expired. We have had to perform a lot of print head's cleaning. Despite the price, I do not recommend that product. I will have no choice but buy original HP cartdriges.

The ink never last, When I install the cartridge. It only show a 1/4 ink.
