La cartouche d’encre noire ne s’imprime pas. Lorsque j’imprime un texte en noir, c’est la couleur rouge qui s’imprime. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi j’obtiens ce résultat. Si vous avez une solution, je serais intéressé de l’essayer.

le produit n'etait pas compatible mes copies sont sortie tres pales , apres verification avec lexmark je devait utiliser seulement original je les ai retourné et j'ai été crédité merci pour votre bon service

So far all the other cartridges are working great in my Lexmark Pro901, however the black worked for 1 week then stopped printing fully only 10% ink not readable, so though maybe just a bump cartridge. Tried another going great for first week, then again the same thing, now prints not black ink at all. : ( I read another post stating to gently shake it, to no avail, still ink is printing . . .

Installed the four cartridges, the BK 100XL leaked everywhere. In the printer, all over the table. Took 25 minutes just to soak and clean up the ink.

ink runs out very quickly - I feel not enough ink put in the cartridges

When I purchased this item from here I received a defective magenta cartridge. It leaked all over the printer which needs to be professionally serviced now . I am not satisfied with the minimal steps taken by 123inkcartridges.ca to rectify the situation and that is why I am giving it such a bad rating. (As I do understand that sometimes defective products happen.. so the product itself is probably good - though we'll see when I get the replacement. .)
