The delivery service was prompt. It’s my first time to buy the compatible cartridge for my printer. I was a bit nervous but as soon as I installed it , the printer reset itself right away and so far it works good. The only downfall when you print one page at a time it comes out clear printed.. if there is more pages than one to be printed it comes out with some additional blackish prints from a previous page. Overall, I satisfied.. it fulfills its function.
