Glad you sent this survey. I was just going to email to let you know that what I got looks like the one you sent last time. Last one worked perfectly. That is why I reordered. The new one looks and fits in like old one. However, it doesn't work. I tried various procedures hoping any one of them would help it to work. When put in, it clicks softly. I send a print command and nothing but the soft clicking. I unplug; take it out and reenter it - to no avail. I go to my settings and try to find a solution. Nothing works. I need to return it. Oh! Code numbers on the label are different. Old = MLT-D105LA. New = MTS-MLTD105L. On closer inspection: Old one has 4 copper-looking "plug in" slots of the same length. New one has the a shorter slot on the left side when facing away..

I have ordered these toner cartridges before without issue - quality was decent, quick delivery. However, I recently ordered a two-pack and they are not consistently compatible with my printer. They will work sometimes, but often, the printer will give me an error message saying that the toner is not installed. I then have to remove it and install it again repeatedly before it will recognize the cartridge. One of the toner cartridges won't work at all. I will not order these again - what a hassle!
